Each session is a calm, supportive conversation where we use muscle testing to uncover subconscious beliefs that may be limiting you. Together, we apply PSYCH-K® processes to gently shift those beliefs into alignment with what you truly want.

Yes. While PSYCH-K® is not a medical treatment, it is an effective tool for helping many people reduce emotional stress, find inner peace, and shift how they relate to difficult memories or recurring anxiety patterns.

Do I need to believe in it for it to work?
Nope. You just need to be open and willing. This isn’t about “thinking positive”—it’s about creating real, neurological change at the subconscious level.

How long is a Psych-K session?
Initial sessions are usually one and a half to two hours. Follow up sessions are usually thirty minutes.

Is it online or in-person?
Both! Monica works with clients online across Australia and internationally. In-person sessions are also available by appointment in Port Macquarie.

How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s journey is different. Some people experience powerful shifts in one or two sessions, while others choose to work through deeper layers over time.
